Karen Goeller on RSS feeds for the classroom
Karen Goeller, the assistant director of Distance Learning at Bucks County Community College, presented a talk at the Drexel WebCT Users conference on May 12, 2005. She described how to bring RSS feeds into WebCT for classroom applications, especially from news services. Her presentation was very practical and the screencast should serve as a great tutorial to get started with these tools.

Sounds like it was an interesting session - I took a quick look at the screencast and listen to the podcast. If you are trying to promote the integration of RSS feeds into courseware among your faculty I would recommend you look at Low Threshold Application #44 - which provides another relatively easy way for faculty and librarians to learn how to make use of the technology.
